Rosmarinus officinalis 'Barbeque', also known as Barbeque Rosemary, is a fast-growing upright evergreen shrub prized for its straight, sturdy, and highly aromatic stems, which are perfect for use as natural grilling skewers. Growing up to 4 ft tall, it features intense flavor and clear blue, nectar-rich flowers.

Barbeque Rosemary requires well-drained, sandy soil and prefers to dry out completely between waterings to avoid root rot. Water deeply every 1–2 weeks once established, or weekly for potted plants. Newly planted, young herbs need more frequent watering (every 2–7 days) to establish roots.
