At Meeting Green, we endeavor to provide high-quality plants and products to our valued customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be made within three (3) days of purchase for store credit or an exchange of comparable value.

  • All returned products must be in retail quality condition, meaning they are healthy, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Plant Health & Longevity

While we take great care to provide healthy plants, we do not guarantee the longevity or lifespan of plant material once it leaves our nursery. Plant health depends on various factors, including care, environment, and maintenance.
