Pittosporum 'Cheesewood': Mojo

Pittosporum tobira 'Mojo', also known as Cheesewood Mojo, is an attractive, dense, and fast growing evergreen shrub. It is native to Eastern Asia, specifically Japan, China, Taiwan, and Korea. It makes an excellent specimen plant, providing some structure and dense evergreen color to the landscape. Mass plant it as a screen, hedge, or barrier. It is tolerant of a range of soil conditions, but avoid areas with poor drainage and excessive moisture. Fragrant flower clusters emerge in early to mid-spring. Pruning too late in the season may remove next year’s flowers.
