While it adapts to various light conditions, this cultivar prefers morning sun with afternoon shade in our hot Charleston climate.

This plant requires regular weekly watering to maintain consistently moist but well-drained soil. While drought-tolerant once established, it needs consistent moisture in its first year and should not be allowed to dry out completely. In our hot Charleston climate, this plant will require more frequent watering, especially during the summer.

This plant needs food too! We suggest Espoma Rose Tone or Espoma Plant Tone.
