Cereus 'Monstrose Apple' Cactus

Cereus peruvianus 'Monstrose', is a slow-growing, tree-like cactus. It is known for its unique, contorted, and wrinkled green-blue stems. Native to South America, this drought-tolerant, 10-15 ft succulent produces large night-blooming white flowers and edible, dragon fruit-like orange fruit.

This plant requires intense light, ideally 6–8+ hours of direct sun daily to prevent etiolation (stretching) and maintain its unique, compact, and wavy shape. It thrives in full sun but can tolerate bright, indirect light or partial shade.

This plant requires infrequent, deep watering, following a "soak and dry" method—watering thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry. Will not tolerate wet feet. 

This plant requires well draining soil, we suggest Espoma Cactus Mix or Rosy Soil Organic Catus & Succulent Mix.
