
Cereus 'Peruvian Apple' Cactus
Cereus repandus, also known as a Peruvian Apple Cactus, is a tree-like branching cactus which can grow 8 ft when grown indoors. It has undulating segments that are glaucous and blue-green in color, each with 4-12 ribs. It has clustered white spines at high points along the outermost edge of each rib. Now a common houseplant, it originated in a region including Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.

Available in 4", 8", 10", 14", 17"This plant requires full, direct sun for at least six hours daily to encourage strong growth and flowering, though they can tolerate bright, indirect light indoors.
Provide deep but infrequent watering, allowing the soil to dry completely between sessions.
Spring/ Summer
Water every 2-3 weeks or when the top few inches of soil feel dry.
Fall/ Winter
Water 1 a month, if that. Reduce watering significantly, as the plant is dormant and prone to root rot if overwatered.
