Buddleia, also known as Butterfly Bush ‘Pugster Pink’, is a dwarf, deciduous, hardy, woody, shrub—the Buddleia genus is native to Tropical and Subtropical America, Northeast and South Africa, Madagascar, and Asia. This plant features full sized flowers on a dwarf, compact shape—growing 2ft high and 2-3ft wide. It is a plant primarily used as ornamentals and for their ability to attract butterflies and pollinators. It is drought tolerant and tolerant of poor soil.

This plant thrives in full sun (6+ hours) for optimal bloom growth. 

This plant is highly heat-tolerant, but needs consistent watering during its first year to establish. Once the plant is established, it is highly drought tolerant and requires deep, but infrequent watering. 

This shrub responds well to pruning in the spring, followed by vigorous growth and larger flower production. We suggest using Barebones Garden Scissors.
