Yucca 'Color Guard'
Yucca filamentosa, also known as Yucca Color Guard, is an evergreen, perennial shrub or tree with tough, sword-shaped leaves and large clusters of white, bell-shaped flowers. Sporting deep green hues and a central creamy yellow stripe through the middle, these leaves add visual interest year round. The leaves even take on a pink tint during the winter. This plant is native to Eastern North America, making it a hardy and tolerant option for the climate. It can form suckers that can spread into small colonies.

Available in 1 Gal, 3 GalThis plant requires full sun (6+ hours) for optimal growth, blooming, and leaf variegation. It can take partial shade, however the leaves will begin to loose their coloring.
Water regularly during the first growing season to help the root system establish. Soak the soil deeply, then allow it to dry out completely between waterings. Once the plant has established, it is highly drought tolerant and natural rainfall is ususally suffiecent.
