Philodendron hederaceum 'Micans' is a popular trailing, vining houseplant known for its velvety, heart-shaped, iridescent leaves that shift between deep green and bronze based on the amount of light it receives. This plant originates from the tropical rainforests and humid, warm regions of Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. They grow in tropical environments, often as epiphytes or climbers in humid, warm, and shaded forest conditions.

Allow the top 1-2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. It is relatively drought-tolerant, but consistently dry soil can lead to leaf loss.
This plant enjoys higher humidity levels—misting or placing in a pebble tray will be beneficial.
