Gerbera 'Daisy': Orange Garden Jewels

Gerbera jamesonii, also known as a Gerber Daisy, is a herbaceous perennial flower in the aster family with bright and showy flowers. Gerber Daisy is native to SE Africa. Most blooms occur in spring and fall but they may send up flowers at any time. In warmer climates, like ours in Charleston, SC, the leaves may persist through winter.

Gerber Daisy prefers to stay moist, especially during our hot Charleston summer climate.
